The energy sector is undergoing change – the expansion and modernisation of the grid infrastructure are crucial for a secure and sustainable energy supply.
We plan and implement modern switching and transformer stations for energy suppliers, industry, and infrastructure projects, accompanying them from the initial idea to successful commissioning. In doing so, you will work on projects that have a direct impact on supply security, sustainability, and infrastructure development.

What tasks await you?
- Management of new construction, conversion, and expansion projects in the field of switching and transformer stations.
- Responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality, and project coordination.
- Control of projects from planning to commissioning.
- Contact person for customers, clients, grid operators, authorities, specialist planners, and suppliers.
- Preparation of technical concepts, offers, and project calculations.
- Conducting negotiations and participating in contract design.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards according to ESTI requirements.
- Coordination of internal and external project participants.
What do we expect from you?
- Basic electrical engineering training with further education in electrical engineering HF/FH/HTL, master craftsman or electrical safety advisor/electrical project manager installation and safety.
- Experience in planning, designing, and implementing energy systems.
- Ideally, experience in project management of energy projects.
- Structured and independent working style.
- Technical understanding as well as organisational skills.
- Negotiation-level German language skills.
- Driving licence category B.
Advantageous:
- IPMA certification.
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
- Experience in the field of high-voltage or substation systems.
