Mechanical Engineer in Building Services, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the conception and design of building services systems (heating, air conditioning, sanitary)
• In addition, you create wiring diagrams for building installations
• Modelling of building services in 3D with Revit/BIM is also part of your duties
• In doing so, you integrate functionality, construction, accessibility and ease of maintenance into the models
• You also ensure that executing companies can implement the planning directly and without revision
• The workload can be 90% or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in building services or mechanical engineering (m/f/d)
• A background in design, engineering and mechanical engineering with a focus on building services is important
• Professional experience with complex projects, with Revit and integrated planning is a great advantage
• Solid knowledge of Swiss SIA standards and experience with construction projects in Switzerland are also required
• This role requires good communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Fluent German and good English skills are important (the company language is English)
