Head Chef (m/f/d) 100% - Zurich Oberland
Your area of responsibility
- Leadership, development and motivation of the 3-person kitchen team
- Cooking fresh, balanced and healthy meals and creating something special with creative ideas even in everyday life
- Ensuring consistently high quality of all dishes as well as hygiene and quality standards
- Ensuring the kitchen operation stays on track even when the pace picks up
- Responsibility for purchasing, inventory management and storage
- Active participation in shaping the culinary offer and calculations as well as continuous optimisation of kitchen processes
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), supplemented by further training in kitchen management or gastronomy
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Affinity for sport and nutrition as well as a good sense of the needs of sport-oriented guests
- Leadership personality with clarity, passion and the necessary drive
- High quality standards and an eye for the crucial details
- Resilient and decisive personality who can shift up a gear even in demanding situations
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
