Performance Specialist: Dental, 80-100 %
What to expect
- You calculate benefit entitlements in the field of dental insurance (KVG, VVG).
- You check and assess benefit entitlements from a legal and medical perspective.
- You provide oral or written information on benefit queries.
- Your contacts: insured persons, service providers and employees from other CONCORDIA departments.
What you bring
- You have a professional basic training as a dental assistant EFZ with relevant professional experience.
- Combined with completed further training in the administrative field (commercial school, medical and hospital secretary or health care clerk) or several years of experience in a commercial role.
- Working independently, precisely and efficiently? You feel comfortable doing so.
- You have a good grasp of things.
- You appreciate a dynamic, versatile and service-oriented environment just as much as we do.
- Your confident German convinces, whether you speak or write.
- Proficient MS Office skills? No problem for you!
