Your main tasks include:

• Commissioning, optimisation and general acceptance work on our machine tools
• Error analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting on machine tools and controls
• Carrying out laser measurements for machine optimisation and quality assurance
• Creating feasibility studies and time calculations for our customers
• Planning, accompanying and evaluating trials and test runs
• Close cooperation with the departments of development, production, sales and service
• Planning and conducting customer training and user courses
• Supporting our customers in process optimisation in machining
• Conducting customer trials on our machines
• Programming, running in and optimising acceptance parts

• Training in polymechanics or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of machining technology (turning, milling, machining processes)
• Very good knowledge of Heidenhain and Siemens controls
• Strong mechanical understanding and technical know-how
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High customer orientation as well as professional communication skills
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland, Germany and Austria

• CNC programming skills
• Experience in process optimisation and production analysis
• Experience in application technology or technical customer service
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, other languages are an advantage
