What is my role?

• Accompanying and managing construction projects from preparation to completion

• Coordination of involved specialist planners, authorities and partners

• Monitoring and ensuring costs, deadlines and quality requirements

• Participation in tenders and the preparation of contracts for work

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of experience in construction management in building construction

• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction industry

• Independent and structured way of working as well as leadership skills

• Confident handling of digital tools, especially Messerli and MS Office 365
