What is my role?

• Independent assembly work on products and their assemblies

• Reading and understanding technical drawings, work instructions, and order documents

• Setting up and professional assembly of products

• Quality control of assembled units

• Continuous improvement of work processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a production mechanic or polymechanic EFZ

• Professional experience in assembly

• Good fine motor skills and dexterity

• Interest in precise assembly work

• High quality awareness and mechanical understanding

• Good comprehension skills

• Confident German language skills, spoken and written

• Independent, precise and structured way of working

• Flexibility and resilience

• Teamwork skills
