To expand the finance team, a person is currently sought as Controller 80-100%, who wants to contribute their experience in controlling in a manufacturing company and actively help shape the further development of controlling. The newly created position offers diverse tasks, short decision-making paths, and plenty of scope for creativity in a growing company.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You will prepare business analyses and meaningful key figures, thereby creating sound decision-making bases for the CFO and company management
• Together with the CFO, you will further develop controlling processes and contribute to the establishment and continuous optimisation of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tools
• Variance analyses, profitability calculations, as well as cost centre and cost unit accounting are part of your varied responsibilities, as is the analysis of production key figures
• In a growing company, you will contribute your own ideas, gradually take on additional responsibility, and actively shape the further development of controlling

You offer your new employer:

• Ideally, you have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in controlling enable you to quickly get started and support you in analysing business contexts confidently
• Knowledge from a manufacturing industrial company or interest in business contexts along the goods and production process is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, initiative, and an open personality help you actively contribute and shape change in a growing company
