Make us stronger and become part of our team as Regional Manager - West (m/f/d) for the management of our sales areas.
Tasks:
- Assuming direct responsibility for one of the following branches: Duisburg, Dortmund, Essen or Aachen in personal union
- Management and optimisation of the sales areas at the locations Aachen, Bonn, Bochum, Bottrop, Dortmund, Duisburg, Düsseldorf, Essen, Münster and Cologne
- Regular visits to the branches for inspection and support
- Responsibility for sales, profit and personnel in the branches
- Management and optimisation of the branches based on key figures
- Leadership and development of personnel in the region
- Implementation of strategic initiatives in the West region
- Continuous reporting to the Sales Manager Stores & Commercial
Requirements:
- Experience as a regional manager in retail, ideally in the sports and fitness sector
- Sound business management knowledge and its practical application
- Strong implementation orientation and ability to achieve goals
- High social competence, empathy and excellent leadership skills
- Willingness to travel (including overnight stays) required
- Strong affinity for sport and fitness
- Business fluent English skills
- Driving licence class: B

For this position as Regional Manager in full-time, we offer an annual gross salary between €60,000.00 and €70,000.00.
The salary range depends on qualifications and professional experience and includes a fixed salary as well as a variable remuneration from sales commission and target agreement.
