- Leadership and deployment planning of a team of around 10 employees
- Organisation and coordination of personnel, machines and materials
- Ensuring timely order processing as well as monitoring ongoing production
- Supporting the team in production when needed
- Continuous optimisation of workflows and processes
- Completed training as a joiner with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Ideally further training as a production team leader or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role
- High social competence, organisational talent and assertiveness
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Independent, resilient and solution-oriented working style
- A responsible leadership role with plenty of scope for design
