The Echaud Foundation is a socio-educational institution that accommodates 80 adults with multiple disabilities or medically recognised severe cerebral palsy, often with various additional disorders and impairments. To complete our team of night watchers at the Cugy Boarding House, we are looking for immediately or by agreement, a:

ASSC Night Watcher at 80%

The Position:

• Active night watches at our Cugy site, from 9:30 pm to 7:30 am.
• Ability to work independently.
• Team spirit and organisational skills.
• Evening support for putting beneficiaries to bed in partnership with the educational teams.
• Basic care for beneficiaries, changing, repositioning, morning bed showers and toileting upon waking.
• Overall supervision of the living area (beneficiaries able to get up alone, epilepsy, specific needs related to beneficiaries’ pathologies).
• Clinical assessment of beneficiaries and administration of reserve medication treatments if necessary, as well as evaluation of emergency situations.
• Provision of delegated medical-technical care to beneficiaries.
• Domestic tasks (emptying the dishwasher, setting the breakfast table, etc.).

The Profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence as a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC).
• Interest in multiple disabilities and hygiene and comfort care.
• Ease in working as part of a team.
• Ability to engage in a socio-educational context.
• Ability to work at night (medical certificate will be required).
