Head of Maintenance/Network Operations 100% (Resourcer*)
Job Description
Your tasks with us:
Responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of the electrical power supply network (pharmaceutical industry), especially the medium voltage network and its facilities
Strategic and legal planning of maintenance and network operation facilities and asset management
Coordination of preventive maintenance work and function as control center in case of disturbances on the site
Monitoring network availability and reliability as well as compliance with network quality and its documentation
Responsibility for condition assessment of existing network facilities, determination of renewal needs, and the resulting quotation to customers (project management)
Leadership, planning, and personnel development of the maintenance team (9 employees)
Budget responsibility for maintenance measures
Compliance with legal regulations and safety standards
Planning of network modernizations and expansions
Supplier management for spare parts and external service providers
Continuous optimization of maintenance processes and tools to ensure safe and efficient energy supply
Qualifications
This is how you impress us:
Preferably a Master’s degree in electrical or energy engineering or a comparable qualification or a completed technical apprenticeship (EFZ) and further training as a maintenance specialist with a federal certificate, complemented by experience in the energy/network sector
At least two years of professional experience in maintenance/asset management in the energy industry or in a distribution network operation
Experience in personnel management as well as knowledge in budgeting, project management, and process optimization are advantageous
Valid driving license category B
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
English and French skills are an advantage
You enjoy digitalization and modern tools like "Google Workspace"
You enjoy working in a team
