For the area of «Production», we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Personnel and technical leadership of employees
- Collaboration in planning the line mix for the specified production quantities with production planning
- Preparing all necessary documents (bills of materials, orders, SOPs, etc.)
- Ensuring the availability of the required operating resources and optimal personnel
- Monitoring the filling processes (preparation IPC, final control)
- Responsible for conducting microbiological environmental monitoring
- Initiating and participating in investment and cost reduction projects
- Training of employees
- Ensuring compliance with GxP requirements, SOPs, and safety guidelines, including preparation and execution of audits
- Creating and processing CAPAs, CC requests, and deviations
Your profile
- Completed studies in pharmacy, chemistry, pharmaceutical technology, or comparable
- At least 5 years of leadership and professional experience in pharmaceutical production (preferably sterile manufacturing)
- In-depth knowledge of sterile technology and GMP standards
- Strong communication skills with planning and organizational talent
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
