Co-responsibility for evidence-based care quality and participation in the continuous improvement process
Constructive interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
Guidance and support of our students and trainees in cooperation with vocational training

Your Profile

Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH (for foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required)
Professional experience in acute care, ideally on a private ward
Sound knowledge of the nursing process and experience in dealing with complex care situations
High social and communication skills
Strong patient and service orientation
Sense of responsibility and independent working style
