Role:
Our partner is one of the leading real estate service providers in Switzerland, combining local roots with a strong national network. To strengthen the specialist team, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic leader to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile key position, you will lead two small management teams at the Basel and Laufen locations, manage your own portfolio of rental and commercial properties, support the acquisition of new mandates, and oversee accounting and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities:
In your leadership and management role, you lead and support two small management teams in Basel and Laufen.
You are responsible for your own portfolio of rental and commercial properties and act as the contact person for owners.
You support your team in the preparation of new mandates as well as in acquisition and quotation.
You coordinate and review accounting closures and budget planning for your area.
You represent owners' interests in conciliation procedures and legal disputes in cooperation with external specialists.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in managing rental and commercial properties (federal specialist certificate in property management advantageous).
Leadership experience or strong potential for leading smaller teams at two locations.
Service-oriented, independent and highly structured working style.
Very good communication skills and confident appearance in owner and tenant contact.
Fluent German skills; good IT user skills (GaraioREM advantageous).
