Job Description

• Maximising the availability of semiconductor production systems and continuous process improvement in cleanroom frontend production
• Responsibility for workplace and equipment safety according to the 5S methodology
• Collaboration with maintenance, process, and production teams to ensure efficient teamwork
• Participation in projects to expand and/or modernise the production line
• Documentation of daily work within the team
• Supporting the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Working in a cleanroom with appropriate protective clothing
• Shift work in a 2-shift system

We Expect

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g. automation technician, electronics technician or equivalent)
• Technical and/or methodological further training is an advantage
• Experience in maintenance of semiconductor production systems or comparable industrial equipment, ideally in a cleanroom environment
• Solid knowledge in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and vacuum systems
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Implementation-oriented personality, socially competent team player with organisational skills and a structured way of working
