- At least a secondary school diploma or another successfully completed ten-year general education or a secondary school diploma with a successfully completed three-year vocational training
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B2 level)
- Joy in helping other people
- A high degree of flexibility, empathy, and ability to work in a team
- Resilience as well as strong communication skills
