Your area of responsibility

  • You independently manage the entire Finance & Controlling area.
  • You lead and motivate a team of 2 people.
  • You are responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting.
  • You ensure professional receivables management including dunning procedures.
  • You are responsible for payroll processing including shift and allowance accounting.
  • You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR.
  • You develop meaningful reports and analyses for management.
  • You prepare and reconcile VAT returns.
  • You plan and monitor our liquidity and cash management.
  • You support the budget and forecast process and continuously develop it further.
  • You analyse business management key figures and derive concrete recommendations for action.
  • You develop KPIs and controlling instruments for successful corporate management.
  • You continuously optimise and digitalise our financial processes.

    • Your profile

  • A completed higher education in finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting – ideally in a manufacturing industrial company.
  • Very good knowledge of Swiss accounting (OR).
  • Experience in controlling and financial planning.
  • Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Analytical thinking, a structured working method, and a high quality standard.
  • Initiative, sense of responsibility, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Enjoyment in further developing processes and actively shaping change.
  • Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
  • You understand leadership as a role model: you actively work in the team, support your colleagues in daily business, and convince with your hands-on mentality.
