Responsibilities

You are responsible for the complete management of orders, from their receipt to delivery.

You ensure the coordination of shipments with customers, production, the logistics department and carriers.

You maintain close contact with customers and keep them informed of their order confirmation as well as any delivery changes.

You are responsible for issuing invoices within deadlines and ensuring their accuracy.

You ensure the efficient handling of complaints (replacement deliveries, returns, credit notes, etc.).

You take on various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

You hold a commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC) or an equivalent qualification, and have at least three years of experience in internal sales and order management, ideally in the industrial sector.

Your native language is French or German. Additionally, you communicate fluently, both orally and in writing, in English.

You are proficient in SAP as well as Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.

You are customer-oriented and distinguish yourself by your autonomy, efficiency and accuracy in your work.

You are conscientious and enjoy working in a team.
