You don’t just want a job, but to take on responsibility and build something new? In this role, you will accompany the introduction of SPAR Express on-site and lead the retail team – ensuring everything runs smoothly in the store and our customers are happy to return.

🧠 You develop your team further and also pitch in yourself.

🌟 You take care of product presentation and contribute your ideas.

✔️ HACCP & KOPAS are not new to you – or you learn quickly.

What you bring

✅ Experience in sales – or simply the drive to start in retail

✅ Initial leadership experience or the desire to grow into leadership

✅ The ability to keep an overview even with many customers

✅ Willingness to take on responsibility and help shape

✅ Good German skills – any additional language is a plus

✅ Openness to flexible working hours
