Outpatient Neurology Occupational Therapist at the Nursing Directorate
The Nursing Directorate is seeking an outpatient neurology occupational therapist at a 70% activity rate for a fixed-term contract of 2 years.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The CHUV Occupational Therapy Service has 49 occupational therapists. It contributes to the three main missions of CHUV: care services, education, and research. It includes various Units (ESAR, Hand Centre, paediatrics, neuro-rehabilitation, geriatrics).
Mission
You provide occupational therapy care for adults in neurological rehabilitation (assessment, treatment, positioning, equipment, group care, etc.)
- You are required to assess and guide patients in this process.
Profile
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy or an equivalent qualification
You have experience in neurology
You have knowledge of care networks and the legislative and insurance system related to the health sector
You demonstrate good integration skills and appreciate working in an interdisciplinary team
You show flexibility, adaptability, and autonomy.
The salary scale is between 8 and 9, depending on the candidate’s profile.
