The Secondary School Winterthur-City comprises the two school locations "Heiligberg" and "St. Georgen". Our school model is based on the principle of the three-part secondary school, with students divided into departments A, B and C. In this versatile role as Co-Head, you will jointly lead the Secondary School Winterthur-City together with a school leadership duo from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.Your Tasks
- Developing a sustainable school with a focus on pedagogy and innovation
- Operational management of the school unit in organisational, administrative and financial areas (school budget)
- Personnel and pedagogical leadership of staff
- Promoting and securing school and quality development for a future-oriented school
- Representing the school internally and externally
- Collaboration with the school board, the education management and the school leaderships in Winterthur
Your Profile
- Proven leadership and professional experience in the educational environment, preferably with school leadership experience
- Started or completed school leadership training
- Teaching experience as a teacher at secondary level
- Solution-oriented attitude and composure in dealing with challenging situations
- Flair for organisational and administrative tasks
- Communicative, appreciative with a participative leadership approach
