- Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues as well as installation and configuration of workstation computers
- Management of user accounts and permissions as well as support in setting up new IT workstations
- Documentation of support requests and development of solutions to prevent frequently occurring problems
- Collaboration with other IT teams to solve complex IT challenges and suggest improvements
- Training users in the proper use of IT resources and conducting training sessions as needed
- Basic knowledge in M365, networks, Azure, Powershell, AD, MySQL etc.
- Open-minded and motivated personality
- Very good German and good English skills (other languages are welcome)
- Driving licence category B is an advantage

Tasks
- First point of contact for user inquiries and support with technical problems via telephone, e-mail or ticket system- Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues as well as installation and configuration of workstation computers
- Management of user accounts and permissions as well as support in setting up new IT workstations
- Documentation of support requests and development of solutions to prevent frequently occurring problems
- Collaboration with other IT teams to solve complex IT challenges and suggest improvements
- Training users in the proper use of IT resources and conducting training sessions as needed
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist with EFZ- Basic knowledge in M365, networks, Azure, Powershell, AD, MySQL etc.
- Open-minded and motivated personality
- Very good German and good English skills (other languages are welcome)
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
