Do you want to take on a versatile leadership role, support employees and at the same time make a professional impact? Then you are exactly right with us. For the Lucerne Compensation Office, we are looking for a committed, assertive and customer-oriented personality as Team Leader Debt Collection. The start date is by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You lead and develop a team of 12 specialists in debt collection in the contributions area.
- You take on the professional responsibility for your team and ensure efficient and high-quality task completion.
- You support the contributions department management and actively participate in projects.
- You ensure the correct execution of AHV-legal debt collection as well as the legally compliant application of the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG).
- You advise and support our customers competently and solution-oriented.
- You work closely with employers, customers, authorities, offices and internal specialist departments.
Your competencies
- You have several years of professional experience in debt collection or finance, knowledge in social insurance is an advantage.
- You bring leadership experience and understand how to promote, motivate and successfully lead your team.
- You think in networks, act responsibly and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You communicate appropriately for the audience, have negotiation skills and convince with your confident appearance.
- You treat people with appreciation, empathy and a high service orientation.
- You are open to change, contribute your own ideas and actively shape developments.
