Your future field of responsibility

Taking over shift leadership at reception with responsibility for a smooth process from check-in to check-out
Professional support of the team during the shift and direct contact person for operational questions
Ensuring excellent guest service and solution-oriented handling of individual concerns and complaints
Communication with housekeeping, technical services, and other departments for optimal coordination of all processes
Responsibility for cash reconciliation and proper handover to the following team
Monitoring compliance with all quality, hygiene, and safety standards in the reception area
Accompanying new colleagues during induction and passing on expertise in daily work
Contributing to the optimisation of processes and services through own ideas and initiative

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in the front office area, ideally in a comparable position with knowledge of Opera
Willingness to take responsibility and make solution-oriented decisions
Enthusiasm for hospitality and guest contact – an office job is not an option for you
Very confident command of German and English for daily interaction with international guests

The position offers a minimum base salary according to the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry (BG 2) from 2,330.00 (for a 38-hour week). An overpayment corresponding to your qualifications is possible and will be negotiated individually.
