Temporary 6 month contract
In this position you will provide commercial support for open sales orders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.

In this position you will provide commercial support for open sales orders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.
You will also be responsible for preparing all necessary documentation for the shipment and customs clearance of goods.

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION PROFIL ATTENDU
- Manage customer orders end-to-end, from entry to invoicing
- Prepare proforma, shipping, and export documentation
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate customer and pricing data in the ERP system
- Handle invoicing matters, including credit/debit notes and special payment terms
- Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial and/or international environment
- Strong knowledge of export processes and customs documentation
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
