In your role as branch management, you will take responsibility for the professional and organizational leadership of the Rheinfelden branch. You will manage the daily business, support your team in selling individual and package tours, and ensure that customer consultations are always conducted at a high level.

Another focus of your work will be on expanding and maintaining our customer base. You will respond to the needs of our customers, develop long-term relationships, and thus strengthen the branch's position in the market. You will share your extensive destination knowledge both within the team and in direct customer contact.

• Completed travel agency apprenticeship or graduation from a tourism school
• Several years of professional experience and industry-relevant expertise (leadership experience is an advantage)
• Solid knowledge of Galileo, tariffs, and ticketing
• Great organizational talent, strong solution orientation, and high resilience
• Structured and self-organized working style
• Confident negotiation skills
