For our ROCKEN partner, one of the largest consulting firms in Switzerland in the areas of fiduciary services, auditing, management consulting, tax and legal advice, as well as IT total solutions with around 550 employees at eleven locations, we are looking for a partner personality with leadership experience to build up the new, modern site in Baden. You will lead and shape the fiduciary site significantly, act as an entrepreneur within the company with genuine co-responsibility, and actively position the site in the regional market.
Responsibilities:
You lead and shape the fiduciary site in Baden and act as a strong personality in a partner role
You manage a committed team of around 13 employees, develop talents further, and promote a culture of quality and personal responsibility
You actively position the site in the regional market and build sustainable customer relationships
You actively participate in day-to-day business and cover the entire spectrum of the fiduciary area: financial statement and tax consulting, controlling, succession planning, as well as business management consulting and support
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in a fiduciary company and have a solid knowledge of the industry; an existing network in the Baden region completes your profile
You hold a qualification at expert level (fiduciary, auditing, accounting & controlling or tax)
You lead with clarity, empathy, and entrepreneurial foresight and understand how to motivate and develop people
You convince with high customer orientation, professionalism, and a strong commitment to quality
