Your area of responsibility
- Leadership and promotion of the installation team taking into account our corporate culture and values
- Support and supervision of installation orders including correspondence and billing
- Awarding and execution control of installation orders to subcontractors
- Information, feedback, and exchange with project managers
- Customer-oriented actions with various contact persons
- Ensuring installation quality
- Ensuring compliance with work safety guidelines and regulations

What you bring
- Completed training as a construction technician or comparable technical basic training
- Several years of experience in a comparable function in the construction/related trades (metal construction, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial personality with high planning competence
- Several years of experience as a leader
- You are resilient and have a structured and efficient way of working
- Good communication skills
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and CRM solutions
- High customer, service, and solution orientation
- Driver's license category B
