Solution Architect Network/Connectivity 80-100%

Do you want to take on technical responsibility and create real added value for customers? In this role, you design powerful connectivity architectures and bring innovative network solutions from concept to implementation.

With your deep expertise in IP networks, your eye for marketable solutions, and your sensitivity to customer needs, you support sales, product management, and customers equally – strategically, technically, and economically.

• Development of architectures and creation of specific solutions in the area of connectivity infrastructures (mainly Cisco / Huawei) in routing, switching, WLAN, and security with a clear value proposition for customers
• Support of sales as an architect during customer visits, customer presentations, and the creation of attractive and needs-based offers
• Development of pricing models (billing units, bundling, commercial conditions, etc.)
• Participation in the evaluation, introduction, and further development of products and solutions in close
• Collaboration with product management
• Continuous maintenance and further development of solutions & services throughout the entire life cycle
• Support and advice to customers in connection with complex IP networks as well as current technological and market-related developments
• Education in business administration and/or engineering (university / university of applied sciences / college or equivalent)
• Very good knowledge in the field of ICT solutions (connectivity, network security, SDN/SD-WAN, network automation, cloud networking, etc.)
• Knowledge of security products (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.) is an advantage
• Excellent technical knowledge in the field of enterprise network & connectivity solutions (corresponding certification is an advantage)
• Structured working method, high independence, quick comprehension, and experience in a dynamic environment
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting, strong in presentation and moderation techniques
• Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
• Work location: Wallisellen or Bern
