The Téléverbier Group offers its clients (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 lifts and slopes at 3300m altitude. During peak season, it employs nearly 500 staff.
An IT Specialist 80-100%
To support our growth and strengthen our team within the framework of ambitious projects, we are looking for:
Your tasks:
- Provide local IT support to users, handle their requests and resolve technical incidents;
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, mobile devices and fixed and mobile telephony solutions.
- Participate in the operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure: servers, networks and technical equipment;
- Administer and maintain Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure) as well as various business tools and applications;
- Participate in managing access, user rights and implementing cybersecurity measures;
- Follow up on requests with external providers and monitor incident resolution;
- Actively participate in IT projects and the deployment of new solutions in collaboration with the company’s various departments;
- Document knowledge bases and write work instructions as well as IT procedures;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT tools, processes and services.
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma in IT or equivalent training;
- Experience in IT support and system and network administration;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure), Windows and network infrastructures;
- Experience with ticketing systems (GLPI) is highly appreciated;
- Initial experience in team coordination or management is also an asset;
- Service-oriented, team spirit, autonomy, rigour and good communication skills;
- Interest in new technologies and ability to work in a diverse IT environment;
- Confirmed alpine skiing skills and good knowledge of the mountains;
- Experience with technical environments of ski lifts (Skidata, radios, payment systems, payment terminals, video surveillance, IoT, etc.) is a real advantage.

Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
Gross annual salary at 100%: Between CHF 70,000 and CHF 85,000, depending on profile, experience and skills.
