What are your tasks?

Accompanying, supporting and promoting 17 residents in everyday life
Individual nursing activities
Assisting with household tasks
Co-designing leisure activities
Organisational and administrative tasks
Encouraging and promoting independence and individuality
Collaboration with professional and social environment
