Project Manager Timber Construction 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for detailed planning, budget management as well as monitoring deadlines and quality standards in all project phases

• Planning and management of national and international timber construction projects

• Leadership and coordination of all project participants

• Joint planning with internal and external partners as well as participation in inspections and site controls

• Interface between production, assembly and site management to ensure a smooth project process

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a carpenter with further training as a foreman; a current or completed qualification as a timber construction foreman, timber technician or timber engineer is desirable

• Initial practical experience in project management is an advantage

• Strong technical understanding

• Confident handling of CAD software (preferably Cadwork and/or Rhino)
