Residential Specialist (60% workload)
Your tasks include:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of clients in everyday life as well as promotion of their development potential
- Cooperative key worker role
- Close coordination with the team for a shared care-educational approach and for shaping everyday life
- Active assistance in the residential group household
- Maintaining client documentation
You bring with you:
- Qualification as a care specialist (FaBe) specialising in disability care or health specialist (FaGe) or nursing specialist
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
- Observational skills and enjoyment in appreciative support of people
- Openness to new solutions and reflecting on one’s own actions
- Reliability, high resilience and balanced personality
