We are looking for an Executive Coordinator to deliver top-tier support to our client's CEO across multiple locations. The person will be based in Lausanne. The role is full-time and it is a Try&Hire contract, starting as soon as possible.

Description
This pivotal role is essential in enhancing the CEO's productivity by overseeing administrative tasks, streamlining communication between our Swiss hubs, and supporting business operations.
As a trusted liaison and gatekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the CEO's time is dedicated to high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and both internal teams across all locations and external partners, requiring clear, professional, and efficient communication.
- Preparing meeting agendas, gathering necessary materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items from the C-Level team-often by coordinating input from multiple stakeholders.
- Manage and filter incoming communications, prioritizing and delegating as needed.
- Support a range of business operations tasks, which may include reviewing vendor contracts, managing office lease agreements, and coordinating with the HR Director.
- Travel between between the Swiss hubs will be frequent.
- Anticipating needs and proactively resolving operational challenges will be essential for success in this fast-paced role.
Profile
Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, adaptability, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment with frequent travel throughout Switzerland.
- Strong track record as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level leaders in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and keen attention to detail are essential, along with excellent time-management skills, especially for coordinating logistics across multiple locations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required, and fluency in French or German is a strong advantage.
- High emotional intelligence is vital for navigating complex interpersonal dynamics within a rapidly growing tech startup.
- Prior experience within a technology company or startup is highly advantageous.
