We are looking for a dedicated and experienced team leader for our service center for financial consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of nine employees. You will significantly contribute to the efficiency and quality of our services and ensure smooth collaboration with sales, specialist departments, and within the team.
- With your leadership qualities, you lead a team of nine employees in financial consulting
- Ensure timely and high-quality preparation and follow-up of approximately 6,000 consulting sessions
- Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency and optimize resources
- Implement and monitor quality management systems
- Responsible for maintaining the booking platform for consulting appointments
- Application manager for internal departmental software
- Responsible for order management, billing process, and dunning of financial consulting
- Responsible for estate management and deadline management of tax mandates
- Banking education with relevant further training (HF, Bachelor, Master, etc.)
- You ideally already have leadership experience, are empathetic, and love working with and developing people and teams
- You approach analytically, think in networks, enjoy conceptual work, and know how to set priorities
- Experience in process optimization and quality management
- You are characterized by a flexible, team-oriented personality and are ready to take on responsibility
