• Ensuring the deputy function
• Enforcement of all requirements for quality / hygiene and food safety in the area of responsibility
• Ensuring and enforcing flawless order processing
• Handling complaints in the area of responsibility
• Ensuring operational daily business, the day-ready processing of all transport orders and their delivery documents
• Responsible for the flawless customer delivery and enforcement of own services at the customer
• Tour completion drivers, especially processing cash collection and deposit into the cash register system
• Maintenance and upkeep of vehicles at the location
• Compliance with legal requirements as well as monitoring of ARV guidelines

• Completed basic training in logistics / transport
• Sound knowledge of transport and forwarding processes
• Good knowledge of legal requirements, especially ARV, hygiene, quality and food safety guidelines
• Understanding of process-oriented order processing
• Knowledge in vehicle management (maintenance, repairs, replacement procurement)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office
