Customer Advisor: Branch Office, 60% in Lyss
What to expect
- You will independently advise and support our customers in your branch office or at their homes.
- You acquire new customers and sell needs-based health insurance and pension solutions.
- You proactively arrange appointments, prepare quotes, and handle the associated administrative tasks.
- You implement sales measures, build a network, and represent CONCORDIA in Lyss and the surrounding area.
What you bring
- You have completed vocational training in a service- or sales-oriented environment and live in the region.
- Customer contact, sales, and consulting are your passion, and administrative skills complete your profile.
- You have very good German and French skills; any additional language is an advantage.
- You are communicative and sociable and enjoy working independently.
- You have completed the VBV training or are willing to complete it – we support you in this.

- You have a 41-hour workweek and can work part-time or flexibly. For selected tasks, you can regularly work from home.
