- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role in a technology or industrial company
- Strong commitment as well as independent, responsible and structured working style
- Communicative personality with decision-making ability and assertiveness
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as identification with working with people
- Good knowledge of MS Office & SAP
- Very good German and English skills

As Head of Electrical Engineering, you take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Electrical Engineering team. You are responsible for the development of innovative electrical and electronic systems, drive technical standards forward and ensure the highest quality throughout the entire development cycle.
