• You accompany the children and young people through their daily lives and promote their independence according to their individual abilities.
• As a reliable reference person, you provide them with orientation and security - even in challenging situations.
• Together with your team, you create a varied and supportive daily routine and contribute your observations to the educational work.
• If necessary, you assist the children and young people with personal care and daily hygiene.
• In exchange with parents and other reference persons, you maintain an open and appreciative collaboration. You share relevant observations and contribute to ensuring that the children and young people are accompanied in the best possible way.

• You have completed training as a specialist in care EFZ.
• You enjoy accompanying children and young people with cognitive impairments and want to support them in their development.
• You respond to the individual communication possibilities of the children and young people and approach challenging behaviour with patience and a solution-oriented attitude.
• Ideally, you bring experience in the socio-pedagogical field.
• With your expertise, composure and humour, you strengthen team cohesion and contribute to positive collaboration.
