Job Description
- Independent instrument handling and assisting in procedures in the specialties of orthopedics, hand and general surgery, as well as urology
- Ensuring a smooth interdisciplinary and interprofessional workflow in the operating room
- Compliance with hygiene and asepsis guidelines
- Responsibility for correct surgery-specific documentation (surgical nursing documentation/performance recording)
Qualifications
- Certified nurse HF/FH OR certified specialist OT HF/FH, preferably with several years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting physician system
- High flexibility, versatile expertise, and the necessary understanding of various surgical techniques, preferably experience with orthopedic surgeries (knee and hip replacement)
- A responsible, service-oriented, and resilient personality with great enthusiasm for the profession
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, basic IT knowledge
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented manner
