In this key position, you will take on the technical and organisational leadership of our assembly team and ensure a smooth and high-quality implementation of assembly projects. You coordinate deployments, support your team directly on site, and ensure that deadlines, quality, and safety requirements are reliably met. With your technical understanding and strong leadership skills, you contribute significantly to the efficient execution of projects and optimal customer care.

- Providing operational support when needed, especially during peak times or absences
- Ensuring regular maintenance and care of equipment and measuring instruments
- Conducting and moderating daily team meetings to ensure efficient information flow
- Solid technical understanding and broad expertise in an industrial environment
- Several years of leadership experience combined with clear and confident communication
- Routine in reading and interpreting technical documents, especially assembly and production drawings
- Knowledge of automated assembly and production processes is advantageous
- Strong quality awareness as well as a resilient, flexible, and goal-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
- User knowledge of SAP and further training in process engineering or similar are desirable

Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising a team of around 15+ employees in an operational environment- Targeted promotion of employees and support in their professional development

Profile
- Completed technical basic training in the mechanical field, for example as an automation technician, polymechanic, or in a comparable profession- Solid technical understanding and broad expertise in an industrial environment
- Several years of leadership experience combined with clear and confident communication
- Routine in reading and interpreting technical documents, especially assembly and production drawings
- Knowledge of automated assembly and production processes is advantageous
- Strong quality awareness as well as a resilient, flexible, and goal-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
