Tasks:
- develop a communication concept for all stakeholders of the organization, both internal and external
- develop and implement communication tools
- develop a social presence concept designed not only to inform about initiatives and events but also to bring people closer to mental health topics
- review the content, navigation, and graphics of the intranet homepage and OSC intranet
- serve as the main contact point with Management for matters concerning internal and external communication and information, offering advice and support in communication
- handle the editorial part of press releases and content for various communication channels, press conferences, speeches, interviews, etc.
- ensure media monitoring and maintain and manage contacts with the media
Requirements:
- bachelor + master or degree in Communication or equivalent qualification
- proven experience in institutional communication
- excellent knowledge of new media
- ability to produce social content
- skills in web design and content management
- good knowledge of main Microsoft Office applications
- knowledge of the territory and the functioning of the social-health network of the Canton Ticino
- communication, editorial, and analytical skills
- flexibility, independence, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative
- perfect command of the Italian language and knowledge (spoken and written) of another official language and English (spoken and written)

- the function of Scientific Collaborator I (class 10) can only be assigned to candidates with complete academic degrees: university license, degree, consecutive Bachelor + Master, or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) and who have at least 15 years of professional experience in the required field
- the function of Scientific Collaborator II (class 9) will be assigned to candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and holding complete academic degrees: university license, degree, consecutive master, or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits)

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
