The LANDI THULA, Cooperative is an agricultural, retail, and energy trading company based in Matzingen. With around 160 employees, we operate four Landi stores, six Volg stores, one Prima shop, two Top shops, seven gas stations, and two agricultural locations. We offer the regional agriculture a comprehensive range of production aids. With our stores, fuels, and renewable energies, we efficiently and sustainably supply the entire region from Hörnli to Thurland.
The Volg branch in Dussnang is looking for a responsible and motivated individual as Store Manager (m/f/d) 80-100% immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Fresh and friendly advice and support for our customers
- Leading the store staff and creating work schedules
- Responsibility for the budget and key figures of the sales outlet
- Optimal inventory management and ordering of sales and promotional goods
- Ensuring concept-faithful and appealing product presentation
- Supervision, training, and development of apprentices and employees
- Handling various administrative tasks
Your profile
- A completed apprenticeship with EFZ and experience in a grocery store
- Social and professional competence
- Enjoyment of active customer contact
- Very good German skills
- High willingness for flexible working hours
- Independent and reliable working style
- Experience in leading employees
