SER ensures independent regulation and supervision of the SIX exchanges as an independent entity. The Listing & Enforcement area is responsible for monitoring compliance with the information obligations for listed companies.
As Deputy Head and (Senior) Legal Counsel Disclosure & Prospectus Office, you will share responsibility for the professional leadership of your team. You will inform the market in a timely manner about who has control over a company. You will validate reports, review publications, and maintain contact with investors and issuers both domestically and abroad. Additionally, you will share responsibility for the examination of prospectuses.

These are your tasks
- Shared responsibility for the professional leadership of the Disclosure & Prospectus Office team
- Active participation in shaping practices in the area of disclosure reports and prospectus review
- Monitoring compliance and enforcement of disclosure law regulations
- Reviewing prospectuses according to legal requirements
- Drafting communications, recommendations, decisions, etc.
- Legal support in general legal matters and participation in internal projects
- Oral and written responses to inquiries from applicants and their representatives
- Application, maintenance, and further development of internet-based applications
What you bring
- Completed law degree with Swiss attorney license
- At least 3-6 years of professional experience, preferably in Swiss corporate and capital market law; as well as initial leadership experience
- Structured and independent working style, commitment, and resilience
- Team player with organizational talent, efficient time management, and good IT user skills
- Excellent oral and written German and English skills are required; French skills are an advantage
