Your mission

You are an integral part of the educational team and actively contribute to the implementation of the defined pedagogical approach. You ensure the proper development and well-being of the children under our care. You lead activities suitable for each age group and maintain quality relationships with the parents.

Your main responsibilities

• Provide daily educational support to a group of children
• Apply the pedagogical approach in collaboration with the educational team
• Organise playful and recreational activities
• Develop a trusting relationship with families
• Actively participate in various projects carried out within the structure

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma as socio-educational assistant (ASE) or equivalent recognised qualification in Switzerland
• Good observation and adaptability skills
• Ability to support children in their learning and autonomy
• Patience, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Aptitude for teamwork and ability to work within a defined framework
• Ability to adopt professional communication adapted to different interlocutors
