In this role, you take on responsibility as the specialist medical director of internal medicine within a dedicated, competent team to which you contribute both professionally and personally. You develop specifically in the areas of expertise that interest you most and actively and sustainably shape the offerings of the medical clinic. You benefit from a modern, well-developed infrastructure that supports high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:
- You care for outpatients and inpatients with diverse medical conditions and cultural backgrounds together with your team.
- In this role, you work within the medical clinic in various sub-areas according to your experience, interests, and strengths.
- As the specialist medical director, you assume additional leadership and professional responsibilities and actively engage in medical training.
- You contribute to clinical practice if interested, thereby expanding your clinical field of activity.
- In this role, you shape the further development of internal medicine at the Frutigen location and actively design its future.
- You maintain close professional exchange within the team as well as with consulting physicians and other internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
- You have completed specialist training in general internal medicine.
- You have several years of solid professional experience in a broad internal medicine spectrum.
- You act responsibly, make confident decisions, and keep an overview even in emergency situations.
- You interact confidently and empathetically with national and international patients.
- You communicate fluently in German and have a very good command of English.
