Do you enjoy customer contact? Are you comfortable in the banking environment? Would you like to support our clients through the various stages of their lives? Then we have an interesting position (also with a private client portfolio) for you in the beautiful setting of the Bernese Jura region
Your strengths
- You are the first point of contact for all client requests in the customer area (or with an existing portfolio)
- You provide high-quality, personalised advice to clients on basic products in the areas of payments, savings, investments, pensions and financing
- You support clients in using the self-service area and digital tools (digital banking)
- You manage and develop your own client portfolio in the private retail customer segment (or with an existing portfolio)
Your profile
- You have a basic commercial training in the banking sector (or extensive professional experience in advisory and portfolio management)
- You enjoy direct contact with clients and have good communication and presentation skills
- You have a strong service orientation as well as a friendly and engaging personality
- You demonstrate great autonomy and an entrepreneurial spirit
