Your field of activity

• You accompany patients and their relatives pastorally and support employees in challenging situations
• You organise church services as well as, if desired, rituals and other spiritual offerings and accompany these sensitively
• You work closely in the pastoral care and care team as well as interprofessionally with various specialist departments. There is also the possibility to participate in projects.
• As part of the internal pastoral care and care team of LUKS, you take on night and weekend on-call duties

Your experience

• You have a completed theology degree as well as a practical pastoral qualification (e.g. professional induction of the diocese or equivalent training) and ideally bring several years of pastoral experience
• You have additional training in clinical/systemic pastoral care or are willing to complete this promptly
• You are a person with an ecumenical understanding and spiritual-religious openness and appreciate working in an interdenominational team
• You bring high social competence and are mentally as well as physically resilient. You are mobile and willing to perform on-call duties
