For an established technology company, we are looking for a reliable and precise individual with experience in industrial production. In this role, you will undertake demanding assembly and testing tasks in the micro area and work with modern, semi-automatic production systems.

Employee Fine Assembly (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Assembly and testing of tiny parts (micro parts) according to work instructions
• Assembly of micro connectors with very high quality requirements
• Operation of semi-automatic systems in the micro area
• Microscopic final inspection and packaging of micro products
• Feedback of production orders in the SAP system
• Booking of individual parts to production orders in the SAP system
• Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with all regulations
• Application and implementation of lean methods
• Working in a cleanroom while adhering to defined quality and process standards

Your Profile

• Professional experience in an industrial production or assembly environment
• Experience handling small parts, optical aids, and ideally working under a microscope
• Experience in operating systems or machinery, for example with CNC controls
• Good technical understanding of production equipment and semi-automatic systems
• Confident working according to technical specifications and documentation
• Very good eyesight, high concentration ability, and precise working method
• Willingness to participate in and actively shape new and developing processes
• Technical or mechanical basic or further training is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and shifts
